Nkosinathi Sibanyoni (G/F) had a great game in the last round for league's second-best Egoli MagicMAG and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The swingman had a double-double of 16 points and twenty two rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team EC Windbreakers (#6, 0-5) with 30-point margin 75-45. Egoli Magic maintains the 2nd position in their group in South African BNL. They are still close to the very top. The third best performed player last round was former international forward Kagiso Ngoetjana (198-PF-89) of top-ranked T.Suns. Ngoetjana showcased his all-around game by recording 13 points, ten rebounds and four assists in the last round. He was a key player of T.Suns, leading his team to a 69-47 easy win against #3 ranked M.Rhinos in a game of the week. T.Suns started extremely well this year. They recorded 5 victories without losing a single game in Group A. Ngoetjana turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Ngoetjana has a great season in South Africa. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 2.0apg (9th best).
